Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

L. J. Williamson, hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of July 1991, he appointed Messrs Murray G. Alott, chartered accountant of 13 Woodford Terrace, Christchurch, and Anthony C. Harris, financial advisor, Level 11, Hesketh Henry Building, 2 Kitchener Street, Auckland; jointly and severally as receivers and managers of all of the property and undertaking of The Penny Farthing (Auckland) Limited (in receivership) under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 1st day of September 1980 which debenture was given in favour of the Bank of New Zealand and assigned to L. J. Williamson by an assignment dated the 18th day of June 1991.
