The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Hazlett Holdings Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 26th day of July 1991, the bank appointed Arthur William Baylis and Paul Alexander Glass, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at KPMG Peat Marwick, 44 York Place, Dunedin, jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 27th day of February 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
