Notice of Approval of Bylaws

The Minister of Transport and the Minister of Conservation, pursuant to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, hereby give approval to the following Waiheke Island Grant of Control Bylaws, for Auckland City Council:

(1) Wharf and Foreshore Bylaw Part 1 1989, passed on 2 August 1989 by an ordinary meeting of The Waiheke County Council and confirmed at a special meeting held on 4 October 1989.

(2) Wharf and Foreshore Bylaw Part 2 1989, passed on 30 June 1989 at an ordinary meeting of The Waiheke County Council and confirmed at a special meeting held 30 August 1989.

Criminal Justice Act 1985

Notice of Order for Confiscation of Motor Vehicle

Pursuant to Section 84 of the Criminal Justice Act 1985

Following the conviction on 16 July 1991 of Patrick Joseph Quinn of Roxburgh East, on a charge of driving with excess blood/alcohol, the District Court at Alexandra has made an order for confiscation of the defendant’s motor vehicle, namely:

1983 Ford Laser Sport registration No. LG7702

It is a condition of this order that the offender shall not acquire any interest in any motor vehicle within 12 months of the date of this order.
