Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955

Paeroa Hotel Limited, with reference to Johns Hotel Paeroa Limited, hereby gives notice that on the 7th day of June 1991, it appointed A. E. Boyd, farmer of Rawhiti Road, Te Aroha, as receiver of the property of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 23rd day of January 1989 and registered in the Companies Office on the 21st day of February 1989 given by Johns Hotel Paeroa Limited (then named Escrow Holdings Twenty-Seven Limited) in favour of Paeroa Hotel Limited as a first debenture over its undertaking to secure advances of two hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) (of which a balance of two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) remains owing and unpaid) at the rate of interest and on the terms and conditions contained in such debenture.
