Notice of Order to Wind Up Company and First Meeting

An order for the winding up of Dunite Floors Boards Limited (in liquidation) was made by the High Court at Wellington on the 24th day of June 1991, pursuant to the Court’s appointment of provisional liquidators. The first meeting of creditors will be held at Deloitte Ross Tohmatsu, Eighth Floor, 61 Molesworth Street, Wellington on the 25th day of July 1991 at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon.

1. Consideration of statement of affairs.
