Take notice that on the 1st day of July 1991, an application for the winding up of Westpark Hotels and Taverns Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 8th day of August 1991 at 2.15 p.m.

Take notice that on the 13th day of June 1991, an application for an order under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955 in respect of William Cotton & Sons Limited, or alternatively for the winding up of William Cotton & Sons Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Palmerston North.

With regard to the application under section 209, the order sought is an order:

(a) For the purchase of the shares of the second defendants in the first defendant by the plaintiffs;

(b) That such inquiries be made and accounts taken and valuations made as may be necessary to establish the purchase price to be paid to the second defendants as aforesaid;

(c) That the second defendants, or alternatively the first defendant, pay the plaintiffs’ costs of and incidental to this proceeding.
