Voluntary Winding Up Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Beverage Haulage Limited:

That a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company be held at Auckland on the 25th day of July 1991 at 10.30 a.m. at the offices of CCA Beverages N.Z. Limited, The Oasis, Mount Wellington, Auckland, for the purpose of considering the voluntary winding up of the company and appointing a liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at 3.30 p.m. on Thursday, the 25th day of July 1991 at Saint Stephen’s Centre, Elena Place, Tawa.

Business:

1. Consideration of a statement of the assets and liabilities of the company and list of creditors.
