Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Manager, Lands and Property, Department of Survey and Land Information, Wellington:

Change of the Classification of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Southland Conservancy hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, from recreation reserve to a local purpose (access and parking for elderly persons’ housing) reserve. Subject to the provisions of the said Act.
