Education Act 1989

The Charwell Forks School Board of Trustees Election Validation Notice 1991

Pursuant to clause 9 of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, the parent election for a member of the Charwell Forks School Board of Trustees that was held on 16 April 1991 is hereby declared to be and always to have been as valid as it would have been if the education had occurred within the times prescribed under section 105 of the Education Act 1989 (as amended by section 23 of the Education Amendment Act 1990).

This notice comes into force on the day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette.
