Notice of Review of Need for Continued Imposition of Countervailing Duty on Aluminium Passenger Catamarans
I, David John Butcher, Minister of Commerce, hereby give notice that, pursuant to section 19 (3) of the Dumping and Countervailing Duties Act 1988 and section 186L (5) of the Customs Act 1966 (as inserted by section 2 (1) of the Customs Amendment Act (No. 3) 1987), I shall review the need for the continued imposition of countervailing duty on the goods described in the Schedule hereto, which duty was imposed by the Minister of Customs by notice dated 2 March 1988 and published in the Gazette of 4 March 1988.
