Resolution for Winding Up

Notice is hereby given that a meeting of members (and/or the board of trustees) of the above-named incorporated charitable trust has been summoned to take place at noon on the 10th day of June 1990 at 51 Grey Street, Palmerston North for the purpose of:

1. Dispensing with the statutory notice period pursuant to section 145 (2) of the Companies Act 1955.

2. Resolving that the trust be voluntarily wound up and appointing Roderick Thomas McKenzie to be the liquidator.

And further that a meeting of the creditors of the trust will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, the 11th day of June 1990 at 51 Grey Street, Palmerston North for the purpose of:

1. Consideration of the statement of the position of affairs of the trust.
