Take notice that on the 24th day of May 1990, an application for an order under section 209 of the Companies Act 1955, in respect of Cuttance Donaldson & Ralph Electrical Limited was filed in the High Court at Wellington.

The order sought is an order:

(1) That an independent valuation of the company’s shares be undertaken and that Mark Raymond Donaldson and Brian James Ralph, purchase the total shareholding and Vincent James Cuttance at the price set by that valuation.

(2) Alternatively that the said company be wound up.
