Notice is hereby given that on the 23rd day of May 1990, the Bank of New Zealand, appointed Messrs Bruce McCallum and David R. Petterson, chartered accountants of Wellington, as receivers and managers of the property of Forum Corporation Ltd., under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 5th day of May 1988, given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 11–17 Church Street, P.O. Box 1327, Wellington.

Namco (NZ) Ltd., with reference to Pool Patio & Hearth Ltd. (“the company”), hereby gives notice that on the 29th day of May 1990, Namco (NZ) Ltd., appointed Gerald Stanley Rea, chartered accountant, whose office is at the office of KPMG Peat Marwick, Chartered Accountants, National Mutual Centre, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 7th day of November 1988.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
