Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 62 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:

1. Pursuant to the provisions of the partnership deed relating to early dissolution the special partnership known as Inform Development Ltd. and Company was dissolved with effect from the 31st day of March 1987 by ordinary resolution of the partnership passed on the 12th day of April 1990.

2. This notice of dissolution has been signed and acknowledged by the general partner and the special partners as set forth below.
