And—Industrial Foods Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at the corner of Drews Avenue and Rutland Street, Wanganui and carrying on business as bakers—Defendant:
Take notice that on Wednesday, the 2nd day of May 1990, an application for the winding up of Industrial Foods Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on Thursday, the 14th day of June 1990 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

And—Sierra Charters, a firm—Third Defendant:
Whereas the above-named ship has been sold and the gross proceeds of such sale, amounting to $75,000.00 have been paid into Court at the above registry
And whereas the priority of the claims against the said proceeds will not be determined until after the 30th day of June 1990
Take notice that any person having a claim against the ship or the proceeds of sale thereof on which he intends to proceed to judgment should commence an action to enforce that claim before the above date and, if need be, apply to the Court to extend the period within which the order of priority of claims will not be determined, failing which an order determining the priority of claims against the ship or the proceeds of sale thereof may be made without notice to him.
