Pursuant to Section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908

Take notice that I, Bruce Greville Cathie of Wellington, the secretary of the CNG Federation of New Zealand Inc., hereby give notice that I intend to apply to the District Registrar of Incorporated Societies at Wellington for a declaration of dissolution of the society and unless there are written objections lodged with the District Registrar of Incorporated Societies within 30 days of this notice, the Registrar may dissolve the society, pursuant to section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
