In the matter of sections 18 (5) and 24 of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hutt Milk Corporation Ltd.:

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of Hutt Milk Corporation Ltd. (“the company”) will be held at the offices of Tui Milk Products Ltd., Reserve Road, Longburn on Wednesday, the 17th day of January 1990 at which it is intended to propose as special resolutions for:

The alteration of the provision of the memorandum of the company, pursuant to section 18 (5) of the Companies Act 1955; and
The cancellation of the existing articles of association and replacement with new articles of association.
