Take notice that:

1. Trust Bank Central Ltd. at Hastings (the bank) has appointed Antony John Young and Roger Peter Sinclair, chartered accountants, whose office is at Riddell Epplett, Chartered Accountants, 120 East Queen Street, Hastings, as receivers and managers of Garners Video Ltd.

2. The appointment is made pursuant to a debenture dated the 22nd day of March 1989, which was registered in the companies office at Napier on the 6th day of April 1989.
