Amending a Notice Taking Land in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, New Plymouth hereby amends the notice dated the 20th day of October 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 9 November 1989, No. 198 at page 5689, taking land in Waitomo District by deleting the words “to be taken and vested in The Waitomo District Council” and substituting the words “now known as Section 6, S.O. 10696, to be taken and that it shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. H3/764, subject to memorandum of mortgage 167322, 225550 and 308186, Taranaki Land Registry”.
