Lieutenant Commander Robin Francis Hulfird reverts to the Retired List of the RNZN in the rank of Commander, with effect from 8 February 1990.

Lieutenant Albert William Lowndes, Retired List, is appointed to the Special Service List of the Emergency List of Officers of the Naval Reserves, in the rank of Lieutenant with effect from 8 January 1990; terminating on 7 January 1993.

EMERGENCY LIST OF OFFICERS OF THE NAVAL RESERVES

Commander P. A. Stanley, B.SC., is transferred to the Active List of the RNZN with effect from 15 January 1990.
