International Acceptances Ltd. at Hong Kong give notice that on the 10th day of April 1990, they appointed Stephen Charles Grey, whose address is Chester & Grey, Chartered Accountants, N.Z.I. Box 23-539, Papatoetoe), as receiver of the income of the leased land and improvements of the above-named company pursuant to memorandum of mortgage No. B. 926305.5 being the land described in certificate of title, Volume 513, folio 62 (North Auckland Registry) and situated at 64 Great South Road, Newmarket.

ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., pursuant to a debenture in its favour from UBU Clothing Ltd. at Wellington (the “company”) bearing date the 23rd day of November 1988, hereby gives notice that it has appointed Bruce McCallum, receiver and manager of the property of the company on the 12th day of April 1990, under the powers contained in the debenture.

The offices of the receiver and manager are situated at the offices of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, Price Waterhouse Centre, 11 Church Street (P.O. Box 1327), Wellington.

The property in respect of which the receiver and manager has been appointed is all the company’s undertaking and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
