Ticino Life Insurance Company

Proposed Release of Deposit

Ticino Life Insurance Company (hereinafter called “the company”), has given notice to the public trustee that it has ceased to carry on the business of life insurance in New Zealand and that pursuant to section 19 of such Act proposes to withdraw the deposit which has been made by it with the public trustee.

The public trustee therefore gives notice pursuant to section 12 of such Act that being satisfied that all liabilities of the company in New Zealand in respect of such insurance business have been fully liquidated or provided for, he proposes to release to the company on or after the 15th day of May 1990, the deposit made by it with the public trustee.

Any objections to the release of the deposit should be lodged with the District Public Trustee, 117–129 Lambton Quay, Wellington on or before the 5th day of May 1990.
