Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 102nd annual general meeting of Milburn New Zealand Ltd., will be held at the registered office of the company at 106 Hansons Lane, Upper Riccarton, Christchurch on Wednesday, the 9th day of May 1990 at 12 noon and as part of the special business of the meeting the members shall consider and if thought fit, pass as a special resolution the following:

"That the provisions of the memorandum of association with respect to the powers and objects of the company as contained in clause III (a) to (u) (inclusive) be deleted and that in lieu thereof the following clause be inserted, namely:

That subject to the provisions of the Companies Act 1955, and without any restrictions or prohibition the company shall have the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person including the powers referred to in subsection (1) (a) to (h) of section 15A of the Companies Act 1955."
