Supplementary Integration Agreement Notice
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that supplementary integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen acting through the Manager, District Operations, Central South (Wellington), Ministry of Education, pursuant to delegated authority, and the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington, as proprietor of the following schools:
- St Anthony’s School, Seatoun
- St Bernadette’s School, Naenae
- St Michael’s School, Taita
- St Teresa’s School, Featherston
- Holy Family School, Porirua East
- St Brendon’s School, Heretaunga
- St Francis Xavier School, Tawa
The said supplementary integration agreements were executed on the 21st day of March 1990. Copies of the supplementary integration agreements are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the District Office of the Ministry of Education, 123 Molesworth Street, Wellington.

Integration Agreement St Johns Girls School, Invercargill
Pursuant to section 10 of the Private Schools Conditional Integration Act 1975, notice is given that integration agreements have been signed between the Minister of Education and the proprietors of St Johns Girls School, Invercargill.
The said integration agreement comes into effect on 23 April 1990. Copies of the integration agreement are available for inspection without charge by any member of the public at the Ministry of Education, National Office, Government Buildings, Wellington and at the Ministry of Education, District Office, Invercargill.

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Paul Alfred Reeves, Governor-General, hereby appoint the Rodney District Council to have control and management of the TeKapa Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule to this notice, as from the 1st day of March 1990.

Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Burial and Cremation Act 1964, I, Paul Alfred Reeves, Governor-General, hereby appoint the Tasman District Council to have control and management of the Bainham Cemetery, being the land described in the Schedule to this notice, as from the 1st day of November 1989.
