Under the Companies Act 1955, between Garman Holdings Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business there and elsewhere as clothing manufacturers and distributors—Plaintiff:
And—Lords Menswear Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 6 Queen Street, Papakura, carrying on business as clothing retailers—Defendant.
Take notice that on Wednesday, the 7th day of March 1990, an application for the winding up of Lords Menswear Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 30th day of April 1990 at 10 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
