Eric James Leadley of Whitianga, retired, gives notice that on the 28th day of March 1990, he appointed Stephen Robert Patrick whose address is care of Ferrier Hodgson, Chartered Accountants, Fifth Floor, Quay Tower, Customs Street, Auckland, as receiver and manager to the property of the above-named company ("Boduan") pursuant to a debenture dated the 2nd day of November 1988, excluding the shares in Galaxy Venue of the Stars Ltd. ("Galaxy") and the lease and liquor licence in respect of the Power Station, Mount Eden Road, Auckland, owned by Galaxy, which shares are separately mortgaged by Boduan to the debenture holder by a specific deed of mortgage of shares.
