Pursuant to sections 117 and 120 (5) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Nelson, declares that the portions of stopped road described in the Schedule hereto shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 6A/1110, subject to memoranda of mortgage 267951.5, 229692.3, 229692.4 and 267951.8.

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Survey and Land Information, Christchurch, declares that an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Christchurch City Council on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Road Realignment in the Clutha County

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant District Manager (Lands and Property), Department of Survey and Land Information, Dunedin, declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, agreements to that effect having been entered into the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in The Clutha District Council on the 5th day of April 1990. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes and shall vest in The Otago Catchment Board on the 5th day of April 1990. A right of way easement over the land described in the Third Schedule to be held appurtenant to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in the Otago Catchment Board the rights and powers contained in the Fourth Schedule hereto, is hereby acquired for soil conservation and river control purposes on the 5th day of April 1990.\n
(b) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Clutha District Council.

(c) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the road described in the Sixth Schedule to be stopped and declares that:

(i) the area marked ‘M’ on S.O. Plan 22039 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 406/212.

(ii) the area marked ‘S’ on S.O. Plan 22039 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 374/225.

(iii) the areas marked ‘B’ and ‘C’ on S.O. Plan 22986 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 224/184.

(iv) the area marked ‘H’ on S.O. Plan 20415 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 12C/1484.

(v) the areas marked ‘D’ on S.O. Plan 20418 and ‘J’ on S.O. Plan 20419 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 258/198

(d) Declares the land described in the Seventh Schedule hereto to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) the areas marked ‘N’ and ‘Q’ on S.O. Plan 22039 shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 406/212.

(ii) the area marked ‘A’ on S.O. Plan 22590 shall vest in The Clutha District Council.
