Notice is hereby given that at a general meeting of Oldfields (NZ) Ltd., to be held at the offices of Duncan Cotterill, Level 9, Clarendon Tower, corner Worcester Street and Oxford Terrace, Christchurch on the 5th day of April 1990 at 10 a.m., it is intended to propose as a special resolution, a resolution for the alteration of the provisions of the memorandum of association with respect to the objects and powers of the company and privileges to give the company the rights, powers and privileges of a natural person.
