Westpac Banking Corporation, hereby give notice that on the 28th day of March 1990, it appointed Kingi Winiata Smiler and Peter John Morgan Taylor, chartered accountants whose office is care of Ernst and Young, Chartered Accountants, BNZ Centre, 1 Willis Street, Wellington, as receivers and managers of all the assets of the above company under the power contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of September 1989, being a debenture from Ashna Whitby Dairy Ltd. to Westpac Banking Corporation.

Box 716, Wellington, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 28th day of September 1989.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all of the companies undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
