Amending a Notice Declaring Land Acquired for River Control Purposes in the Southland Land District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Invercargill, hereby amends the notice dated 29 November 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 7 December 1989, No. 216 at page 6114 declaring land acquired for river control purposes and vested in the Southland Regional Council by omitting the area of 0.3690 ha as fifthly stated in the Schedule and substituting 0.0369 ha.
