Land Acquired for Road in Block I, Paterson Survey District—Southland District

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Survey and Land Information, Invercargill, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is acquired for road and shall vest in The Southland District Council on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

2670 square metres, being part Section 68, Block I, Paterson Survey District, as shown marked “A” on S.O. Plan 11554, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill.

Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963

Auckland Regional Council Special Order

That The Auckland Regional Council in exercise of the powers vested in it by The Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 section 24 and in pursuance of the Authority conferred upon it under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and in exercise of all other powers enabling it on that behalf doth hereby resolve by special resolution intended to operate as a special order to borrow the sum of twenty million dollars ($20,000,000.00) as a special loan to be known as New Regional House loan No. 2, 1990, $20,000,000 for the purpose of completion of the New Regional House project.
