Declaration Revoking the Dissolution of a Society

I, Anthony Bell, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Motupiko Public Hall Incorporated (I.S. Nl.. 225004) was made in error and that the declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Certificate of Renewal of Special Partnership

It is hereby certified pursuant to section 58 of the Partnership Act 1908 that:

1. The name of the partnership is Benchmark Diamond Co. (N.Z.) Limited and Company.

2. The names, addresses, occupations and capital contributions of the general and special partners are set out in the Schedule hereto.

3. Partnership Business: (1) To design, deal in, manufacture, import, export, distribute, refine, search for, get, work, raise, cut, polish, make merchantable, sell, buy, exchange, repair, alter, let on hire and produce merchandise of every description and without limiting the foregoing, diamond jewellery, gold, silver, gold and silver plated articles, coins, medals, curiosities, articles of virtue, bronzes, china, watches, clocks, cutlery, optical and scientific instruments, precious and semi-precious stones, minerals, sands, earths, plastics, gums, woods and articles of substances of all kinds and descriptions.

   (2) To carry on throughout New Zealand and elsewhere all or any of the activities aforementioned and to trade in all classes of goods, wares and commodities of every description.

4. Principal Place of Business: The registered office of the general partner is at 3 Mauranui Avenue, Remuera.

5. Renewal of Partnership: The partnership is renewed from the date of termination of the original and shall now terminate upon registration of a certificate pursuant to section 62 of the said Act or upon the expiration of 7 years from the date of renewal whichever is the sooner.
