Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

UDC Finance Ltd., hereby gives notice that Tolmie Alexander Scoular of Wellington, chartered accountant and Anthony George Lewis of Wellington, chartered accountant, have been appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers of Cycle Market Ltd., under and by virtue of the provisions of a debenture dated the 14th day of December 1989 and given in favour of UDC Finance Ltd.

The office of the receivers is at the offices of Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, UDC Tower, 113–119 The Terrace, Wellington.

The property in respect of which the said receivers and managers have been appointed is all the undertaking, property and assets of the said Cycle Market Ltd., including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

The Bank of New Zealand being the holders of an instrument dated the 15th day of February 1989, given to it by Everything Office Supplies (1989) Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 22nd day of March 1990, they appointed Kevin James Beardsley and Richard Dale Agnew of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, whose office is at the C.M.L. Building, corner of Queen and Wyndham Streets, Auckland, as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of Everything Office Supplies (1989) Ltd., pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.

The Rural Banking and Finance Corporation of New Zealand Ltd., (“the bank”), being the assignee of a debenture, dated the 4th day of August 1988, given by Procool & Pack Ltd., (“the company”) to the Bank of New Zealand, (“the debenture”), hereby gives notice that on the 21st day of March 1990, the bank appointed Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountant, whose offices are at Coopers and Lybrand, C.M.L. Centre, 157–165 Queen Street, Auckland, as receiver of the property of the company under the powers contained in the debenture.
