RADIO FREQUENCY TENDERING: UHF TENDER

The following notice is a list, by lot, of all bids made in respect of the call for tender in respect of ultra high frequencies (UHF) issued on 21 December 1989. The amount and validity of each bid are shown.

A list of provisional successful tenderers has already been published in the New Zealand Gazette of Thursday, 22 February 1990. Confirmation of this list will follow any necessary clearances or authorisations under the Commerce Act 1986, where applicable, and payment in settlement by the tenderers concerned.

The results of this tender will be published in detail in the New Zealand Gazette in due course.
