Declaration of Class B Noxious Plants in Canterbury Regional Council Noxious Plants Authority (No. 4964; Ag. 12/10/18/6)

Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares the following plants set out in the Schedule hereto to be Class B noxious plants in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Canterbury Regional Council Noxious Plants Authority.

All declarations of Class B noxious plants made prior to this notice in respect of any part of Canterbury Region are hereby revoked.

This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.
