Notice of Voluntary Winding Up and Meeting of Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Impressive Plumbers Ltd.

Notice is given that by duly signed entry in the minute book of the company on the 7th day of March 1990, pursuant to section 362 of the Companies Act 1955, it was resolved:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue in business and that it is advisable to wind up and accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily.
