Notice is hereby given that on the 9th day of March 1990, Bank of New Zealand appointed Rodney Gane Pardingtion, chartered accountant of Auckland, as receiver and manager of the property of Stars Corporation Ltd., under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 5th day of March 1987, given by that company.
