The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Lauras Bakery Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 12th day of March 1990, the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Smith Chilcott & Co, Chartered Accountants, General Building, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland, jointly as receivers and managers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 20th day of April 1989.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
