The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Dawson Reed & Company Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 20th day of December 1989, the bank appointed Peter George Steel, chartered accountant, whose offices are at Price Waterhouse, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, as receiver and manager of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 3rd day of February 1986.

The receiver and manager has been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatesoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
