Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of December 1989, DFC New Zealand Ltd. (under statutory management) appointed Messrs Richard Dale Agnew and Peter Reginald Howell, both chartered accountants of Auckland, as receivers and managers of the property of Volcano Village Ltd., under the powers contained in a mortgage debenture dated the 20th day of December 1985 given by that company.

The offices of the receivers and managers are at the offices of Messrs Coopers & Lybrand, Chartered Accountants, Tenth Floor, CML Centre, 157–165 Queen Street, Auckland.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Angus Precast Ltd., hereby gives you notice that on 13 December 1989 the bank appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at Smith Chilcott & Co., corner Shortland and O'Connell Streets, Auckland, jointly as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated 3 July 1985.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.

Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955

The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Ltd. and incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland ("the trustee") hereby gives you notice that on the 13th day of December 1989 it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly as receivers and managers of all the property of the company charged by a certain supplemental trust deed dated the 13th day of April 1989, made between the company and the trustee, a copy of which was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking and assets of the company whatsoever, both present and future, situated within New Zealand, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital for the time being and including bank balances and book debts situated outside New Zealand.

The situation of the office of the receivers and managers is the office of Smith Chilcott & Co., Chartered Accountants, First Floor, 27 Shortland Street, Auckland.

The New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Ltd. and incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland ("the trustee") hereby gives you notice that on the 13th day of December 1989 it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, jointly as receivers and managers of all the property of the company charged by a certain debenture trust deed dated the 5th day of March 1987, made between the company and the trustee, a copy of which was duly registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the undertaking and assets of the company whatsoever, both present and future, situated within New Zealand, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital for the time being and including bank balances and book debts situated outside New Zealand.
