By Application C. 080335.1, I have been requested pursuant to section 121 of the Land Transfer Act 1952 to register a notification of re-entry of lease by Leeb Associates Ltd., the lessor under memorandum of lease B. 528007.12 of all that parcel of land containing 1808 square metres, more or less being Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 52043 being part of Allotment 10, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland comprised in certificate of title 3A/1166 (North Auckland Registry) of which Virginia Dawn Beaty, Shirley Anne Thompson, Mervyn George Beaty and David John Rule as tenants in common in equal shares are the registered lessees, proof of the re-entry and recovery of possession of land having been presented to me. I hereby give notice of my intention to register the aforesaid notification of re-entry upon the register and upon the outstanding instruments of title at the expiration of 1 month from the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.
