In the matter of the Charitable Trust Act 1957, and in the matter of Woodford House Trusts Board, a duly incorporated board having its registered office at Woodford House, Havelock North:

Pursuant to section 35 (2) of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 an order was made in the Napier High Court on the 19th day of February 1990, approving the amendment mentioned below to the scheme of Woodford House Trust Board.

(a) The number of trustees to increased to 12, and

(b) Trustees appointed after 1 January 1989, retire after 8 years subject to any such retirement being deferred if it would entail the number of trustees falling below 6.
