Notice Calling General Meeting

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the company will be held at the liquidator’s office, situated at the Fourth Floor, Parkview Tower, 28 Davies Avenue, Manukau City on the 29th day of March 1990 at 9.30 a.m., for the purpose of laying before the shareholders the liquidator’s account of the winding up showing how the winding up has been conducted, and the property of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator and also of determining by extraordinary resolution that the books, accounts and documents of the company and of the liquidator shall be held at the residence of Rojer J. Burrill, for a period of 5 years from the date of this resolution.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not also be a member.

Notice is hereby given that by entry in its minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, Supernova Satellite Systems Ltd. on the 8th day of March 1990, passed a special resolution for a creditors voluntary winding up and accordingly a meeting of creditors will be held at the offices of Gosling Chapman, Chartered Accountants, Eighth Floor, Gosling Chapman Centre, 63 Albert Street, Auckland on the 22nd day of March 1990 at 3 p.m.

Business:

1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the affairs of the company.
2. Nomination of a liquidator pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955.
3. Appointment of a committee of inspection.
