Pursuant to Section 269 and 284 of the Companies Act 1955

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 7th day of March 1990, the following special resolution was passed by the company:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That a meeting of creditors pursuant to section 284 of the Act, be convened and held at the Napier Wool Exchange, Marine Parade, Napier on Wednesday, the 21st day of March 1990 at 10 a.m.

3. That John Richard Palairtet and Rodney Arthur de Terte, both of Napier, chartered accountants, be nominated as liquidators of the company.

And notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held at the Napier Wool Exchange, Marine Parade, Napier on Wednesday, the 21st day of March 1990 at 10 a.m.

That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily.
