ANZ Banking Group (New Zealand) Ltd., pursuant to a debenture (now) in its favour from Notya Holdings Ltd., at Masterton (the “company”) (previously called Plastalon (New Zealand) Ltd.) bearing date the 24th day of July 1950 hereby gives notice that it has appointed Roy James Cowley, receiver and manager of the property of the company on the 26th day of February 1990 under the powers contained in the debenture.
