Public Works Act 1981

Transit New Zealand Act 1989

Land Acquired for Limited Access Road in the District of Ruapehu

Pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Act 1981, and section 88 (2) of the Transit New Zealand Act 1989, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wanganui, declares that, agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for limited access road and has become road, limited access road and State highway and vested in the Crown on the date of publication hereof in the Gazette.

Dated at Wanganui this 15th day of February 1990.
