Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 7 of the National Parks Act 1980, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, as from the 28th day after the date of the publication of this Order in Council in the Gazette, be national park subject to the National Parks Act 1980 and shall be added to and form part of the Mount Aspiring National Park.

20,000 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 11478, situated in Blocks XI, XII, XV, XVI, George River Survey District; V, VI, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, XVI, MacFarlane Survey District. Conservation Land by New Zealand Gazette 1990, page 142, S.O. 11478.
Otago Land District—Queenstown—Lakes District
21,630 hectares, more or less, being Section 1, S.O. 23070, situated in Humboldt Survey District; Forbeside Survey District and Blocks II, III, VI, VII, Humboldt Survey District; Conservation Land by New Zealand Gazette 1990, page 142, S.O. 23070.

Reserves Act 1977
Classification of Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Chaslands Scenic Reserve
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation, Otago Conservancy, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Chaslands Scenic Reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying the Manner of Disposal and how Proceeds of Sale shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection Policy, hereby revokes the reservation over part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Porirua City Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be used in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other lands for reserves.

Revoking a Warrant Declaring an Area of Land in the Taranaki Acclimatisation District to be a Wildlife Refuge

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 14 of the Wildlife Act 1953, I, the Most Reverend Sir Paul Alfred Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the warrant published on the 10th day of January 1957, New Zealand Gazette, No. 1 at page 8, notifying and declaring an area of land to be a Wildlife Refuge.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of February 1990.
