An extraordinary resolution under section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, was passed on the 12th day of February 1990, by means of entry in the company minute book, by the shareholders.

That the company resolves under section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955 on the 12th day of February 1990, to commence a creditors voluntary winding up.

The directors of the company have nominated Murray Donaldson Cormack, chartered accountant of Kaitaia as liquidator. A meeting of creditors is to be called within 14 days.
