Road Realignment in Otorohanga District

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Survey and Land Information, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Otorohanga District Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 119, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and the land described in the Third Schedule hereto to be taken and that:

(i) The piece of stopped road firstly described and the land taken secondly described, now known together as Section 1, S.O. 39820, and the pieces of stopped road secondly to seventhly described, now known as Sections 2 to 7, S.O. 39820 inclusive, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 870, folio 53, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 221565, H. 694702.3, H. 597202.3, H. 379320 and H. 441397.5, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) The pieces of stopped road eighthly to twelfthly described inclusive and the land taken firstly described to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
