Sale of Liquor Act 1962

Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Chartered Club—Dunedin Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Dunedin Licensing Committee on the 24th day of January 1990, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the chartered club known as the Greater Green Island Town and Country Club at Main Road, Fairfield.

To the intent that on days other than those on which chartered clubs are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to its members the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve). Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday, Saturday and Christmas Eve. Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year's Eve. Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Waikato Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Waikato Licensing Committee on 10 July 1989, made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Grand Tavern, Whittaker Street, Te Aroha.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On any Friday and Saturday throughout the year. The tavern shall close at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Thursday preceding Easter. The tavern shall close at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On any Christmas Eve. The tavern shall close at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(d) On any New Year's Eve. The tavern shall close at 00.30 o'clock in the morning of New Year's Day.

This notice replaces the notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 17 August 1989, No. 144, p. 3600.

(a) On any Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 10 o'clock in the evening.

(b) On any Friday and Saturday. Opening at 11 o'clock in the evening.

(c) On any Christmas Eve. Opening at 11 o'clock in the morning and closing at 11 o'clock in the evening.

Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986

Approval of Course in Map Reading

Pursuant to section 48 (2) (a) of the Transport (Vehicle and Driver Registration and Licensing) Act 1986; and pursuant to a delegation given by the Secretary for Transport in an instrument dated the 14th day of November 1989, I, Robert Albert Gibson, National Co-ordinator Driver Licensing, hereby approve the following organisations to conduct courses in map reading for the purposes of regulation 11 (1) (c) of the Transport (Driver Licensing) Regulations 1987:
